On August 22, Qiu Xia Baodeng Family Education Fund held a scholarship award ceremony at Qiuxia Primary School in Hongshan Town. Xianghua Group Chairman, Foundation Founder Qiu Xiangkun and Foundation Members, Shishi Overseas Chinese Federation Chairman, Shishi City Education System Persons in Charge, Hongshan Town Mayor and Related Leaders, Qiuxia Village Two Committees, Qiuxia Village Senior Citizens Association, Award-winning students And parent representatives attended the award ceremony. A total of 12 students were awarded on the day, including 3 graduate students, 6 undergraduates, 2 undergraduates, and 1 junior college. It is worth mentioning that this year many students from Qiuxia Village were admitted to Taiwan Cultural University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, City University of Hong Kong, University of Warwick in the UK, University of Melbourne in Australia and other universities. It is reported that in order to promote the development of education in the hometown, the Baodeng Family Education Fund of Qiuxia Village, Shishi City was established in 2011 and has rewarded 54 people in total. Qiuxiacun students (including overseas students) are awarded each year, each graduate student will be rewarded 8,000 yuan; the first student will be rewarded 7,000 yuan, the second student will be rewarded 5,000 yuan, and the junior college will be rewarded 3,000 yuan per person.
